The 4-star hotel, which has been operating since September 20, 2023, opens its all-you-can-eat from 12:00 to 15:00 at Ken Dedes Restaurant. The name "Rolasan Ageng" is inspired by Javanese, meaning a grand lunch, fitting the identity of The Alana Hotel Malang with its three themes: luxury, elegant, and ethnic.

The menu highlights "Malangan Flavours," featuring traditional dishes like Nasi Bhuk with sayur lodeh and jeroan. Special menus vary daily, including nasi uduk or nasi jagung. In addition to Malangan dishes, Chinese food, various pastries, salads, various herbal drinks, and juices are also served.

Priced at an affordable Rp 50,000 per person on weekdays, Rolasan Ageng is also available on Saturdays and Sundays for Rp 80,000 per person. The weekend variant offers more menu options and unique stalls like lamian or teppanyaki.
