The Alana Solo once again hosted an exciting and educational event during the Car Free Day in Solo, featuring a live teppanyaki cooking session this Sunday morning. This event not only showcased a cooking demonstration but also provided various tips and hacks on how to properly prepare food to the public.
The event was attended by approximately 60 runners from the Nona Runners community, who also enjoyed the series of healthy and educational activities throughout the morning. With high enthusiasm, the participants watched a live cooking demonstration led by Chef Mulyana, a professional chef from The Alana Solo, who showcased the skillful preparation of teppanyaki with the unique techniques and style of Japanese cuisine.
