Malang - August 24, 2024, Dewa 19 Sky Lounge is back to quench the thirst of slow rock music lovers in Malang. This time, the outlet owned by The Alana Hotel Malang invited Indonesian Lady Rocker 90s, Lady Avisha.

 

The lady rocker sang with a voice and appearance full of emotion to spoil the ears of her fans. The evening began with singing the song “Biarkan Aku Berjalan”. The song was chosen because it was Lady Avisha's first debut song to introduce herself to the Indonesian Rock music scene. Lady Avisha performed a total of 5 of her legendary songs. 

 

In addition to jamming, Lady Avisha briefly shared the story of her career journey. Of the many female rock singers at the time. There were only a few who managed to compete at that time, including herself. Her debut began with the launch of her debut album titled “Biarkan Aku Berjalan” in 1989. But the album has not been able to raise Lady Avisha in the music competition. Only 2 years later, she launched another album entitled “Tujuh Purnama” created by Riosa. With this song, Lady Avisha was a huge success and managed to catapult her name in the Indonesian music scene.

 

“It is an honor for me to be invited here to treat the longing of Indonesian slow rock lovers. I am very grateful that Dewa 19 Sky Lounge is present in Malang and has become a gathering point for slow rock lovers from East Java to Indonesia. So that we can all continue to revive the old rock that was victorious in its time.” added Lady Avisha.

 

The evening was also enlivened by Dodon as Chairman of the Rocklaw (Rock Lawas) Community. Dodon also performed several songs that night. Not only singing solo, Dodon also did a duet with Lady Avisha. They compactly performed Lady Avisha's duet song with Deddy Dores, namely “Dibalik Cahaya Ada Dia” and “Cintaku”.

 

The audience was amazingly lively singing along that night. They also hope that Dewa 19 Sky Lounge can often hold events like this by bringing in more Indonesian legendary artists with more genres.
