This program runs from Monday to Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Phoenix Lounge and Oryza Coffee Shop, Level M The Alana Surabaya. With very affordable prices starting from IDR 30,000 per portion, guests can enjoy traditional Indonesian dishes while witnessing unique cultural performances, such as Umbrella Batik Painting, accompanied by live sitar music.
As a lunch program, "Payung Rasa" offers a delicious and tantalizing variety of menus from various regions of Indonesia, including Rujak Cingur, Tahu Campur from Solo & Surabaya, Bakso Malang, and Seblak Bakar. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of traditional snacks, refreshing drinks, and The Alana Surabaya’s signature ice cream, Es Sundul Angin.
