This September, The Alana Yogyakarta collaborated with Voks Radio Jogja and Eksperia.id to hold a sports event. The event entitled "Sportember Festival" will be held on September 8 2024, with the momentum of commemorating National Sports Day which falls on September 9 2024. 

Sportember Festival facilitates various sporting activities in one place and on the same day. The sports held are Yoga, Body Combat, Poundfit, and Zumba. Participants can take part in all these sporting activities by paying a ticket of Rp. 200,000,- per person. In this activity there is also a bazaar with various health tenants. 
Apart from that, in this event which was attended by more than 60 participants, various attractive attendance prizes or door prizes were also distributed, ranging from hotel vouchers to electric stoves supported by sponsors. 
"This event is very good for increasing public awareness about health and also the importance of exercise for body fitness," said Mira Kiranasasi as General Manager of The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel & Convention Center.
